Let’s talk about Magic #2: Ley Lines – Part 2

In the World of Egaar, I have created a magic system that combines elements of multiple magic systems, as detailed here. This is mainly to allow for a wide array of magic to exist in my world. My system includes magic as an energy, a substance, a divine gift and as something present in nature to some extent. As a result, the Ley Lines of my world are equally as complex in the way they operate and have various elements of the ideas I have expressed above. I will give the disclaimer that not everything is perfectly ironed out and within the world there are competing theories and beliefs, so it muddies the waters a little with regard to the exact details. Also, as a worldbuilder, I reserve the right to have some rough edges where I can’t be bothered to do the mental acrobatics to figure it all out. Enjoy!
